Positive Reinforcement

Positive reinforcement training is valuable and enjoyable for canine companions of all ages! Overall, it helps promote communication and builds a foundation for a relationship of respect between human and dogs. For puppies, it provides guidance and confidence to be polite and enjoyable pets. It helps to reduce fear, aggression, and out of home placements by teaching pups confidence and respect for other pets and humans while also teaching humans how to interact with their dogs in an understandable manner.

For older pets, the old saying “you can’t teach an old dogs new tricks” is not true! Training for older dogs can be effective and enjoyable!! The best thing about positive reinforcement training is that it is enjoyable for both the human and the dog. Dogs will be excited for the training sessions, and it will tire them mentally (for all those doggies that have endless energy). Humans will gain the satisfaction of having an obedient and happy canine companion.
