GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Except as otherwise set forth below with respect to the arbitration of disputes, each User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in the State of California, County of Los Angeles, U.S.A. in all other matters, actions and disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site.
Use of this Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
ARBITRATION
Except for the right of either party to apply to the court of jurisdiction for equitable relief to preserve the status quo or prevent irreparable harm, all disputes regarding or arising between the parties hereto that cannot be resolved amicably by good faith negotiations will be subject to arbitration with or through JAMS. Either party may initiate arbitration by sending a written demand for arbitration to the other party, setting forth the subject of the dispute and the relief sought. The arbitration will be conducted within 120 days of such demand in Los Angeles County, California pursuant to the then effective JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures (or such additional rules and procedures as may appropriate to the dispute) by one independent, neutral arbitrator appointed in accordance with such rules.

The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding upon the parties hereto, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction for judicial acceptance of such award and order of enforcement. The arbitrator’s findings will be in writing and will include a detailed summary of the law as it applied to the award and findings of the arbitrator. The costs of arbitration, including administrative and arbitrator fees, will be shared equally by the parties and each party will bear its own costs and attorneys' and witness' fees incurred in connection with any arbitration conducted hereunder.
FULL AGREEMENT/SEVERABILITY
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between dogtraining.com and the user with respect to this Web site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between dogtraining.com and the user with respect to this Web site.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
ADMISSIBILITY
A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained by dogtraining.com.
